1. Which countries does Dqawkkjm ship to?
North America: Continental United States, Canada
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (VAT for orders under €150 is pre-collected at checkout; no duties or taxes will be charged upon arrival at EU customs.)
Asia Pacific: Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
West Asia: Israel
Note: We currently do not ship to countries in South America and Africa. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
2. How much does it cost to ship to my country?
We are currently offering free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $35 USD, £28 GBP (UK), €38 EUR (Eurozone), $55 AUD (Australia), and $47 CAD (Canada). Please note that this offer excludes shipping to certain countries, including Israel and Switzerland. For orders below these thresholds, shipping charges may apply at checkout, depending on your location.
3. Do all products have a fixed shipping time?
Continental US: Orders are shipped within 2 business days, and shipping may take 3-7 business days.
Canada: Orders are shipped within 2 business days, and shipping may take 6-8 business days.
Europe: Orders are shipped within 2 business days, and shipping may take 6-12 business days.
Asia: Orders are shipped within 2 business days, and shipping may take 8-15 business days.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse. Please click the tracking link in the email to view the latest tracking status of your package.
5. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my home address?
Yes, you can. Customers paying by credit card, please contact our dedicated customer service team at Support@dqawkkjm.shop or send us a message via Facebook Messenger to indicate your preferred delivery address. Please ensure you send this email before your order ships.
Please log in to your account to check your order status and review your recent orders.
For security reasons, customers paying with PayPal cannot change the address on their order. You can access your PayPal account for more information.
6. What if my package is refused or returned?
If an order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or is refused or undeliverable, Dqawkkjm reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fees and deduct a certain amount from the refund to cover the costs of returning the undeliverable package or merchandise.
7. Do I need to inspect the package and the products it contains upon delivery?
Upon receipt, please inspect the item for the correct model, working condition, and no damage. Please inspect the item before signing the delivery note. Signing for the item constitutes acceptance of the item in its original condition.
Please note that claims for lost items or items damaged in transit must be made within five business days of receipt.
8. What should I do if the item arrives damaged or missing?
Damage in Shipping:
If the packaging is damaged or the item is missing, please retain the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with the carrier.
Do not return the item without completing these steps, as this will delay your order replacement or refund.
Missing Items:
All claims for missing items must be submitted within five business days of receipt. We strongly recommend that you watch the unboxing video for each item. If any item is missing or damaged, please contact us to report it.
9. What if my item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any other reason, we will notify you promptly. We will keep your order valid unless you request cancellation. We will ship the item as soon as it arrives. Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duties, we are unable to fulfill any international orders containing out-of-stock items. We will hold orders until all items are in stock and available for shipment. If you would like to cancel or change these items, please contact us.
10. What should I do if my order is damaged after delivery?
If you personally sign for your order and find the package is damaged, please take photos and refuse the package. If you refuse, please contact us at Support@dqawkkjm.shop.
Regardless of whether you personally sign for your order, please inspect the packaging and product upon receipt.
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us at Support@dqawkkjm.shop within three business days and provide any relevant evidence you can. Prompt notification and providing valid evidence will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible. 1) The courier package or product packaging is damaged - Please attach photos of the courier package and product packaging to your email. 2) The package does not contain the items you ordered (items are missing or incorrect) - Please attach photos of the received items and the packing slip to your email. 3) The package was marked as signed for on the courier's website, but you didn't receive it.
