Returns and Warranty
I. Overview
1) This After-Sales Policy applies only to products purchased from Shenzhen Qibao Technology Co., Ltd. ("dqawkkjm.shop") for your own use and not for resale. 2) By purchasing a Qibao product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
II. Coverage
Dqawkkjm warrants that each Dqawkkjm product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase of the Dqawkkjm product, or as otherwise specified by Dqawkkjm.
III. How to Obtain After-Sales Service
If your product fails to function properly during the warranty period, you may contact Dqawkkjm for after-sales service.
After-sales service may not be available in some areas, and after-sales service policies may vary. Additional fees may apply outside of Dqawkkjm's service area. Please contact Dqawkkjm for specific information for your region.
IV. Return, Refund, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
1. Return and Exchange Service
Qibao guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, you may request a return, exchange, or replacement service with valid proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the product (calculated from the day after receipt), and replacements can be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
Category 1: The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
After inspection by Qibao or a Qibao-authorized service center, if the issue is confirmed, a return or replacement service will be provided within the specified timeframe.
Category 2: The product is damaged during shipping, the wrong product is shipped, the product is missing, or the product does not match the product description on the website. If the package is damaged during shipping, the wrong product is shipped, or the product is missing, please do not sign for it. Please take a photo for your records. If the package has already been signed for, please provide a shipping damage certificate issued by the courier. For other reasons, returns and refunds can be provided within the specified timeframe after confirmation by Dqawkkjm. Note:
i. Return, refund and replacement services will not be provided in the following circumstances:
1) No legitimate proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is provided, or there is reason to believe that these documents are forged or tampered with. 2
) The product is damaged due to external factors beyond our control, including earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike or transportation accident. 3
) The product sent to Dqawkkjm for return, refund and replacement services does not include all original accessories, accessories or packaging. 4
) The product is not delivered to Dqawkkjm within seven (7) calendar days after Dqawkkjm issues the return and refund service confirmation. 5
) Not all products for return, refund and replacement services are sent to Dqawkkjm. 6
) Failure to provide proof of damage in transit issued by the carrier and the package is not rejected when signed for. 7) Any product failure or damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, intrusion of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals. ii. If the product meets the requirements for replacement service, the warranty period for the replaced product will be recalculated.
2. Warranty Policy
You may request warranty service in the following circumstances:
1) A manufacturing defect is found in the product during the warranty period.
2) Provide a valid proof of purchase or receipt.
If the product is found to meet the warranty service requirements, Dqawkkjm will bear the diagnostic fees, materials, and labor costs.
The following are not covered by this policy:
1) Crash or damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to pilot error.
2) Damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or opening of the casing not in accordance with official instructions or manuals. 4
) Unable to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or there is reason to believe such proof is forged or tampered with. 5
) Product damage due to external factors beyond Dqawkkjm's control, including earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, transportation accident, etc. 6
) Failure to provide proof of damage in transit issued by the carrier, and the package was not rejected upon signing for. 7
) Product out of warranty. 8
) Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
9) Any product failure or damage is caused by non-manufacturer factors, unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, intrusion of foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals. 10
) The product is not delivered to Dqawkkjm within seven days of Dqawkkjm's warranty service confirmation.
3. Other
1) Due to product version differences, this product is not covered by the global warranty. After-sales service may vary depending on the product or country of purchase. 2) Please back up all data contained in the product, as data may be lost during the repair process. Dqawkkjm is not responsible for any data loss otherwise. 3) If Dqawkkjm determines that the issue is not covered by this warranty, you will need to request a paid repair service or choose to return the product. 4) The above terms do not affect other rights that consumers may have under local law.
V. Product and Part Replacement
If after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes the property of Dqawkkjm, and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unmodified Dqawkkjm products and parts are eligible for replacement.
The replacement product or part provided by Dqawkkjm may not be new, but will be in good working order and functionally equivalent to the original product or part for at least the same warranty period. The warranty period for the replacement product or part will be the same as the remaining warranty period of the original product. The replacement product or part will be associated with a new serial number.
VI. Use of Personal Contact Information
If you obtain services under this Policy, you authorize Dqawkkjm to store, use, and process your product usage log information and your contact information, including your name, phone number, address, and email address. Dqawkkjm may use this information to provide services in accordance with this Policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our services or notify you of any product recalls or safety issues. To achieve these purposes, you authorize Dqawkkjm to transfer your information to any country in which we operate and to provide it to entities acting on our behalf. We may also disclose your information as required by law.
VII. Limitation of Liability
If Dqawkkjm is responsible for shipping when receiving services, Dqawkkjm is only responsible for loss or damage to your product while in Dqawkkjm's possession or during transportation. Cheerble is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data contained in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information. In no event shall Dqawkkjm, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers be liable for any of the following, even if advised of their possibility, and whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory of liability, even if any remedy set forth herein fails of its essential purpose:
1) third-party claims against you for damages
2) loss, damage, or disclosure of your data
3) special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Dqawkkjm, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers for damages arising from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, and not exceed the amount paid for the product.
The above limitation does not apply to personal injury (including death), damage to real property, or damage to tangible personal property for which Dqawkkjm is legally liable.
Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
VIII. Warranty Period
1. Entire device (excluding battery): 12 months
2. Battery: 6 months, no damage or corrosion, and recharged less than 200 times
3. Accessories: No warranty

Dqawkkjm reserves the right of final interpretation of these policies.
